Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, and the name you choose to provide when you sign up.

Scan data: the photo you upload, the goals, preferences, budget and timeline you select, and the plan generated for you.

Billing data: your subscription tier, credit balance and payment records. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Your photo and inputs are used solely to generate your personalized plan and to show you your past reports. To produce the plan, a temporary link to your photo and the inputs you selected are passed through our self-hosted automation service to OpenAI, which performs the analysis. We do not sell your data, and your photos are not used to train models.

Your photo is stored in a private bucket only for as long as the analysis needs it. Access is restricted so that only your own account can read your files.

To generate your plan, a short-lived signed link to your photo is passed to our self-hosted automation service (n8n), which forwards it to OpenAI for analysis. That link expires automatically.

As soon as the analysis completes — or fails — the photo is deleted automatically and all references to it are removed from your scan record. In practice this is within a minute or two of uploading.

If a photo is somehow not removed at that moment, an automated sweep deletes any remaining upload within 7 days.

Your report and the inputs you selected are kept in your account until you delete them. You can delete any scan from your dashboard. Photos are not kept — they are deleted right after analysis, as described above.

To delete your entire account and all associated photos, email us at the address below and we will action it within 30 days.

LooksMaxx AI is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. You must confirm you are 18 or older when creating an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data.

OpenAI — our AI analysis provider. It receives a temporary link to your photo along with the inputs you selected, and returns the generated plan.

Self-hosted automation service (n8n) — runs on a server we operate and orchestrates the analysis, passing the temporary photo link and your inputs to OpenAI.

Supabase — hosts our database, file storage and authentication.

Lovable — hosts the application itself.

Stripe — processes payments and stores card details on our behalf.

Each processes data only to deliver those functions.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
